What counts as an “unlimited edit” on the Full Care plan?
A small task I could finish inside the WordPress admin in about 30 minutes. Copy tweaks, swapping images, adjusting menus, plugin-setting changes, or adding a new blog post.
How big is a "small" task on the Priority edit bank?
Same 30-minute cap. If the fix will take longer or needs custom code, I’ll send you a fixed price before I start, so you always know what it costs.
How quickly will I hear back?
You’ll hear from me by the next business day, on every plan. That’s my response time, not the finish time. When I reply, I’ll tell you when the work will be done.
How do backups work?
I back up your site daily on the server and hold it for 7 days. Everything also goes to a remote server monthly, stored for 3 months.
Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time?
Yes absolutely.
What if I go past my storage?
Your site keeps running as usual. Additional SSD storage is billed at $10/GB per month and can be added or removed at any time.
